Tripsichore Inspired Mandala Yoga

Today's mandala power yoga flow is inspired by a recent Tripsichore training I did with Edward Clark.

Taking the idea of one breath per movement, I created an opening flow that targets the hamstrings. With every inhale you grow and lengthen and with the exhale you fold a little deeper. Last night I took them through a modified version of this week's Water Mandala power yoga flow.
