Power Yoga for Laeti
Happy Tuesday!! Hope you're all having a fabulous week, and got some good sale shopping in last weekend!
This week's class has been designed for one of my subscribers, and friends, Laeti. Laeti and I met at an Executive marketing course at the Wharton School of Business over summer and have now practiced together several times.
She has a beautiful practice and a strong love for arm balances, core and headstands.... So I thought I'd design a vinyasa yoga class especially for her. In today's 30 minute power yoga workout, we will start off with a gentle warmup and move through a Rocket style standing. I have added in a few variations of crow pose, along with some core, and headstand work!
Even if you're name isn't Laeti, grab your kit and join me on the mat for a fun and challenging yoga workout.
A regular yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength, tone your body, and reduce stress. Try to get on your mat at least once a week, if not 2-3 times per week.
