Restorative Mandala Yoga

Hello again! 

Sorry about the radio silence, with Christmas, traveling, and work being crazy busy I let my weekly posts slip!

So what's new... Well new year, new team at work, and a new class! I'm very excited about it!! I was contacted by one of the trainers for the Reading Rugby Club and asked to tech a weekly class for the team! 

It's a great group of guys, pretty sure they all think I'm a little crazy, but I love it! Last night I took them through a modified version of this week's Water Mandala power yoga flow. 

Even at the best of times, when I'm feeling super up beat and flexible, I struggle through water. Those deep hip openers get me every time. Not to mention that my left hip has been a bit sore recently... 

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this week's practice and it helps to balance and restore your energy, and leave you feeling relaxed and ready to conquer the week! 

A regular yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength, tone your body, and reduce stress. Try to get on your mat at least once a week, if not 2-3 times per week.
