What is Systematic Kinesiology?
The word kinesiology (pronounced: kin-easy-ology) is derived from the Greek word kineses, meaning “movement”. Systematic Kinesiology is a complementary, holistic and natural health therapy that uses muscle testing in order to determine where health issue(s) stem from, where imbalances and energy drains are located and what particular stresses are affecting us.
Muscles act as signals that can indicate when there are imbalances in the body. And these imbalances go deeper than just the muscle we are testing, representing different tissues and organs. When there are blockages or stressors on different systems in the body, it causes a disruption in our bio-systems, resulting in under-energies or over-energies. These can add up over time and can eventually overwhelm the body’s ability to cope, resulting in physical pains, mental discomfort or disease: food allergies, depression, postural problems, low energy, poor concentration, digestive and nervous disorders and more.
Kinesiology uses muscle testing to find where the imbalances are in the body, and help to establish the priority areas of focus. Then using a combination of traditional eastern and modern western medical techniques, we can work to bring the body back into balance, making it one of the most comprehensive approaches to health and wellness.
