Amazing 25 Minute Power Yoga Flow
Hello world!
Hope you've all been doing well. It's been a bit busy/crazy over here... work is busy as usual we have a large event coming up next week, so it's all hands on deck! And in addition to that, my hard drive crashed and I lost 13 videos that were cut and ready to go for all of you to enjoy!
So that was not the most fun thing to ever happen... It was all the work for the new series I was about to launch...alas, it's not the end of the world, and it has put me back on my mat coming up with more ideas and (hopefully) some better quality videos for you all to enjoy.
With that, I want to intro this week's 25 Minute Power Yoga Flow class. It's a little different than my normal videos, and has some really fun/challenging transitions. This vinyasa flow class will have you moving from one asana to the next and facing every direction on your mat!
It's great for those who want a little challenge, and also for yoga teachers (new or seasoned) looking for some new ideas for class!
Use this class as part of your weekly practice and watch how your perspective and life start to change.
