Core Power Yoga Flow
Happy Tuesday!! I'm joining you today from beautiful Amsterdam. Traveling again this week for work... and the jet lag is real.
If you're week is anything like mine, finding an hour to do a full practice this week will be difficult, so I've created a short 20 minute vinyasa power yoga flow that's easy to fit into your busy week.
Today's practice has an extra focus on core strengthening and arm balances. We will try a few different ways to get into arm balances and have some fun. This practice is challenging, yet fun. So keep an open mind and get ready to move around your mat.
A regular yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength, tone your body, and reduce stress. Try to get on your mat at least once a week, if not 2-3 times per week.
