Morning Power Yoga Flow
GOOD MORNING!!!!
Rise and shine, it's time to get moving and get your mind and body ready for the day.
To be honest, for me the hardest part is actually getting my lazy bum out of bed and downstairs. However, once I coax myself out of bed and get down stairs, I can usually muster up the will power to get on my mat and get my day started.
A regular yoga practice is a good way to get to know your body and yourself. As it's breast cancer awareness month, try to make an extra effort to set aside time for yourself everyday.
This morning's power yoga flow is a great way to connect with your breath, build strength, burn calories, lose weight and get you ready to face the day! So, what are you waiting for?! Go put on your workout clothes (or your birthday suit if that's what you'd prefer) and let's get this day started!
