Yoga can give back what training takes out and is a great way to improve strength, flexibility and performance.

Yoga can be challenging at first, but with time it gets easier and helps to increase rage of motion, reduce injury and improve overall performance.

The class is £5, and open for drop ins.

All levels welcome.
