Mandala Yoga Classes

Mandala yoga is a great way to aid meditation, and when we practice a Mandala Vinyasa Flow sequence, we make a circle or travel 360 degrees around the mat through a four part sequence. The sequencing may have a single focus, such as opening the hips, or combine multiple areas of focus. This practice will have you moving around your mat and exploring your creativity. It’s great for runners, golfers, and anyone who wants a more creative practice. 

Tripsichore Inspired | Earth Mandala

This is a Tripsichore inspired Earth Mandala. It's a very fluid practice with a focus on the hamstrings and lots of inversions!

Yoga for Tight Hamstrings | Earth Mandala Yoga

Today's practice will focus on the element Earth. It's a grounding practice with a focus on stretching and strengthening the hamstrings/legs.

 

Total Body Power Yoga | Air Mandala

In this practice we will float through a Mandala Air flow, focusing on opening up the chest and heart, and undoing all of that sitting and starting at a computer!

Power Yoga For Back Pain | Fire Mandala

This practice will focus on twisting. It's great to loosen up the back, reduce pain, build strength and lose weight.

 

The Ultimate Power Yoga | Water Mandala

This flow is great for loosening up hips, glutes and groin area, building strength and losing weight. It's also a great practice to calm anxiety.

Power Yoga For Anxiety | Water Mandala

Today's practice will focus on grounding and stretching our hips. An excellent practice to help balance emotions and reduce anxiety.
