Beginner Yoga | Tools For Your First Class

Yoga is all about how you feel, but being new can be intimidating. In this truly beginner yoga flow you'll learn to master the basic tools of yoga: breath, bandhas, and downward dog. As you become more comfortable on your mat you'll start to see changes, build strength, and tone up.

Beginner Yoga | Gentle Morning Flow + Pranayama

 

Flow through a gentle power yoga sequence with some balancing and pranayama. So I hope you're ready to get moving and clear your mind.

 

Beginner Yoga | Hamstrings

This beginner yoga flow focuses on hamstrings. It's a perfect place to start for just working on the basics of the Ashtanga Yoga practice, or if you just want to work on stretching out your legs!

Sun Salute A | Flow Tutorial

Surya Namaskara A (sunrise salutation A) are the first set of poses repeated 5 times in a traditional Ashtanga Practice. This initial flow is made up of 9 poses.

 

Sun Salute B | Flow Tutorial

Surya Namaskara B (sunrise salutation B) are the second set of poses repeated 3-5 times in a traditional Ashtanga Practice. This initial flow is made up of 17 poses.

Moon Salutation | Flow Tutorial 

Surya Namaskara C (sunrise salutation C) is a sequence of yoga poses performed in a particular order to build heat in the body. They are most often used as a warm-up sequence.
